It’s the last week of Oktoberfest & it’s about time to add a little flare to our at home happy hour.
BEER CHEESE!! Who doesn’t love beer cheese?! Especially the beer cheese from Easy Tiger, a local bake shop & beer garden beloved by the whole city. I came across the recipe for their infamous beer cheese & decided it was the perfect time to give it a try. It was easy, quick & we have plenty of leftovers to keep the celebration going through the weekend.
I can’t leave out the part of the story where I forgot to put the BEER in the BEER cheese. Honestly, I was a bit disheartened by my first taste test. I'm thinking too hard about it while washing the dishes and I hear my husband say,
""What's that for? That cup of beer... Can I have it?""
I was much more satisfied with the result the second time I did the dishes.
(I probably ran everything in the food processor a bit too long when going back to add the beer in. The consistency is more like a dip than a spread, but it still tastes good!)

PROST!!
