It’s been a few weeks since we had this recipe for dinner but the flavors (and the level of how impressed I was with myself) came right back to me after looking at the photo of my final product.
The sweetness from the fig preserves mixed with the spice of crushed red peppers, garlic, thyme & tomatoes making the sauce- all the flavors came together beautifully. And as a bonus, making the dough myself wasn’t a difficult challenge. And as a double bonus, I was in control of how much cheese to add!
I would make this Sheet Pan Tomato Herb Pizza (or use it as inspiration to add my own twist) any day!
